All photographs, text, graphics and other content of this website, plus its overall design and code, are copyright © Neil Chanter 1956-2007, except for any material provided by third parties in which case the originator retains copyright and the item is credited. All rights reserved.

If you wish to use an image, please contact me. I can make low resolution photos available free of charge for non-commercial purposes, provided you ask beforehand and the photo is credited, and linked to this site if used on the web. In special cases (at my discretion) I may offer a higher quality image from the original file. The potential for stealing and illegal distribution of images means that an unattractive watermark is added to pictures; In special causes (again at my discretion) if asked I may remove the watermark.

Photos are also available for commercial use directly from my licenced image library at www.alamy.com, where a secure credit card facility allows purchase of various resolutions for download.

Under all circumstances, copyright remains with the original photographer or author. Remember that copyright is protected under international law.

I will endeavour to dispatch your picture within 48 hours of receiving your order. If your picture does not arrive in perfect condition please return for safe recorded destruction (particularly important for limited editions) and I will send a new printing and refund your postage costs.
